Shipping policy

Each Arabella Sophia piece is designed and made in Los Angeles. Here is what to expect when you order.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 on all US orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more ship free. Your shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to guarantee delivery for orders sent to an incorrect address, and we cannot change an address once an order has shipped. If you need to update your address, email us as soon as possible at arabella@arabellasophia.com and we will do our best to help before your order leaves.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate shown at checkout, or if it arrives damaged, please email us at arabella@arabellasophia.com with your order number and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
